Effects and Experience

Whichever version is encountered, OMFG generally belongs in the high-potency end of the cannabis spectrum, although the experience differs somewhat according to genetics. IC Collective’s Chem D × Fog Dog cut has a reputation for hitting hard. The breeder reports average total THC around 30% and average terpene content around 3.62%, describing the effect as a combination of pronounced body relaxation and an intense euphoric head high. The onset can feel forceful and mentally expansive, followed by a heavier physical sensation that makes the cultivar more appropriate for experienced consumers than someone testing strong marijuana for the first time.

Exotic Genetix’s Runtz × Red Pop version tends to present a somewhat softer balance between mental enjoyment and physical relaxation. Seed-stock information places THC around 20–24% and characterizes the effects as relaxed, creative, and balanced. Mood elevation can emerge early, with music, conversation, hobbies, or entertainment becoming more absorbing before a comfortable body calm settles in. Even at the lower end of OMFG potency, however, this is not lightweight weed. Larger doses can interfere with concentration and coordination, and consumers sensitive to THC may experience dry mouth, dizziness, anxiety, or an uncomfortable degree of mental intensity
